Service animals as defined by the ADA are permitted. Emotional support animals are not allowed.\r\n    <\/div>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n    <h3 class=\"faq-question\">Is there handicapped parking?<\/h3>\r\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n      Yes, we have designated parking spaces in our parking lot. A parking attendant is available to assist with questions.\r\n    <\/div>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n    <h3 class=\"faq-question\">Can I bring my bike?<\/h3>\r\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n      Yes. Bike racks are available near the steps from Grant's Trail; however, bikes, skateboards, scooters, and hoverboards are not allowed inside the farm. They must be parked in the designated area in the parking lot.\r\n    <\/div>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n    <h3 class=\"faq-question\">Where do we exit the parking lot?<\/h3>\r\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n      The exit is located in the back left corner of the lot. Please follow the signs.\r\n    <\/div>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n    <h3 class=\"faq-question\">Where is Grant's Historical Site?<\/h3>\r\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n      It's located just before the Grant's Farm parking entrance, in the large building to the right. Follow the white-fenced path, cross the crosswalk, and walk over the pedestrian bridge.\r\n    <\/div>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n    <h3 class=\"faq-question\">I have a tour booked\u2014where do I go?<\/h3>\r\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n      Behind-the-Scenes, Animal Encounter, History & Heritage Tours: Meet by the bike racks near the trail enterance.\r\n      Clydesdale Tours: Head to the Clydesdale Barn patio area.\r\n      Carriage Ride Tours: Meet at the black gate outside the Baurenhof Courtyard.\r\n    <\/div>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n    <h3 class=\"faq-question\">I'm here for a birthday party\u2014where should I go?<\/h3>\r\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n      Board the tram. Once in the Tiergarten, walk to the birthday gazebo near the Bauernhof Courtyard enterance.\r\n    <\/div>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n    <h3 class=\"faq-question\">Do we have to take the tram? Can we walk in?<\/h3>\r\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n      All guests must ride the tram to enter and exit the farm.\r\n    <\/div>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n    <h3 class=\"faq-question\">Where are the restrooms at?<\/h3>\r\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n      Restrooms are available within the Clydesdale Barn, outside the General Store, across from the gift shop in the Tiergarten enterance, at the Speisen Pub, and in the Bauernhof courtyard by the West Arch shop, at the Speisen Pub, and in the courtyard (right of the tram boarding archway).\r\n    <\/div>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n    <h3 class=\"faq-question\">Can my baby stay in the stroller on the tram?<\/h3>\r\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n      For safety, children in strollers must be removed from strollers and seated with an adult on the tram. Wheelchair users may remain in their chair. Children under age 7 are required to sit in the middle seats for safety reasons. \r\n    <\/div>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n    <h3 class=\"faq-question\">Where can I buy Fun Passes?<\/h3>\r\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n      Purchase Fun Passes at the Information Booth kioskat the tram drop-off at the Tiergarten enterance or online in advance. Online purchases are redeemed at the same kiosk. \r\n    <\/div>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n    <h3 class=\"faq-question\">Are the Fun Pass activites exchangeable?<\/h3>\r\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n      No, Fun Pass activites are not exchangeable. \r\n    <\/div>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n    <h3 class=\"faq-question\">Can I touch or sit on the antique carriages?<\/h3>\r\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n     No. For safety and preservation, guests are not allowed on the antique carriages.\r\n    <\/div>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n    <h3 class=\"faq-question\">Does the tram stop anywhere along the ride route?<\/h3>\r\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n      No. The tram only stops once, at the Tiegarten drop-off location. Trams to exit back to the parking lot is located at the West Arch tram boarding exit in the Bauernhof Courtyard.\r\n    <\/div>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n    <h3 class=\"faq-question\">Where do we catch the tram to exit the farm?<\/h3>\r\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n      Pick-up for return trams is located at the West Arch, outside the Bauernhof Courtyard. This is a different location from the tram drop-off in the Tiergarten.\r\n    <\/div>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n    <h3 class=\"faq-question\">Can we bring food or drinks on the tram?<\/h3>\r\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n      Yes, but no alcoholic beverages. An additional show runs at 3:30 pm during summer nights.\r\n    <\/div>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n    <h3 class=\"faq-question\">Are there age restrictions for tours?<\/h3>\r\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n      No, all ages are welcome. The Clydesdale Tour is recommended for ages 9 and up.\r\n    <\/div>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n    <h3 class=\"faq-question\">Do we need to make reservations?<\/h3>\r\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n      Reservations are not required. However, we recommend purchasing parking passes and seasonal experiences in advance online. During peak times, we may close temporarily if we reach capacity.\r\n    <\/div>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n    <h3 class=\"faq-question\">Are experiences affected by weather?<\/h3>\r\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n      Yes. In inclement weather, animal shows, tram rides, carousel rides, and tours may be delayed or canceled. Severe weather may close the farm. Updates will be shared on our website and social media.\r\n    <\/div>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n    <h3 class=\"faq-question\">Do I need a tour to see the Budweiser Clydesdales?<\/h3>\r\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n      No tour is needed. You can visit the World- Famous Budweiser Clydesdales and take photos with them at their barn in the far end of the parking lot.\r\n    <\/div>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n    <h3 class=\"faq-question\">When does the Budweiser Clydesdale Barn close?<\/h3>\r\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n      5:00 pm.\r\n    <\/div>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n    <h3 class=\"faq-question\">Do you have food on-site?<\/h3>\r\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n      Yes, we offer a variety of food options, including vegan and gluten-free.
